Super 3 odds

Every 4 minutes three digits from 0 to 9 are drawn, and you bet on them in five ways. Every bet pays back on average 76.2% to 86.8%: 13.2% to 23.8% of everything played is lost. At 15 draws an hour and €0.50 a draw, an hour costs €0.99 to €1.79 on average.

SUPER COLOR

SUPER COLOR doubles the stake, and if you also get the colour right, the win is multiplied by 4. If the three colours are equally likely and a win with the wrong colour still pays as usual, the average payback does not change: on 3 numbers in draw order it stays 85.5%. If a win with the wrong colour pays nothing, it falls to 57%.

How the odds are worked out

Each digit is drawn on its own from 0 to 9, so there are 1,000 possible draws, all equally likely. For every bet, the draws it wins on are counted. The average payback is the sum, over every win, of its chance times how many times the stake it pays.

Checked against the official figures

Allwyn, which runs SUPER 3 for OPAP S.A., publishes the rules and the payouts, but not the chance of any bet.

Every chance is counted: all 1,000 possible draws are checked one by one for every bet, and a second, independent calculation must give exactly the same. If a single figure differs, the page is not published.

SUPER 3 is a game of OPAP S.A., sold under the Allwyn brand. TrainYourOdds is independent and not connected with any lottery operator.
