The jackpot starts at €1 million and rolls over to the next draw when nobody wins it. Every other prize is fixed. The €100,000 for 5 numbers is capped at €2 million a draw, shared equally when more than 20 players win it.

How the odds are worked out
There are 1,221,759 ways to choose 5 numbers from 45, and 20 ways to choose the Joker, so there are 24,435,180 different plays. Exactly one wins the jackpot.
To match k of your 5 numbers, you need k of the 5 numbers drawn and 5 − k of the 40 numbers not drawn. That is C(5, k) × C(40, 5 − k) combinations, and the chance is that count divided by 1,221,759.
The Joker is drawn separately, so its chance multiplies the one above.
